Sometimes the most powerful gift isn't money — it's something you can hold. Our Send a Box program lets you pack and ship care packages filled with everyday essentials, school supplies, hygiene items, and more. We handle the coordination; you provide the heart.

How to Send a Box

Pack Your Box

Use a sturdy cardboard box. Fill it with items from our recommended list. Seal it securely with packing tape.

Label It Correctly

Download our shipping label template and attach it to the outside of your box. Include your return address and our receiving address in the Philippines.

Ship It

Drop your box at any USPS, FedEx, or UPS location. We recommend USPS Priority Mail International for the best rates.

We Deliver It

Our team in the Philippines receives your box, clears customs, and personally delivers it to the families and communities who need it most.

Packing Tips

  • Use a box no larger than 18" x 18" x 24" to keep shipping costs manageable.
  • Fill empty space with newspaper or bubble wrap to prevent items from shifting.
  • Include a handwritten note — families treasure personal messages from donors.
  • Ship early in the week to avoid weekend delays at customs.
  • Keep your tracking number — we'll confirm delivery once your box arrives.
